Cotoneaster microphyllus ‘Cooperi’ is a useful, evergreen, garden plant with stiff, horizontal branches that are covered with small, shiny, dark green leaves. It mounds up and spreads, but remains relatively flat. Small red berries provide a nice contrast in late summer.
