Solidago sphacelata ‘Golden Fleece’ – Short-pappus Goldenrod – 1.25-Quart

A compact form of Short-pappus Goldenrod introduced by the Mt Cuba Center. This is a ground-hugging plant with deep green, paddle-shaped leaves that give rise to densely packed sprays of golden-yellow flowers. The unique form of this Goldenrod allows it to be used as a groundcover. Alternatively, use it to edge a walkway or plant it toward the front of a flower border.
