Aronia melanocarpa Iroquois Beauty™ – Black Chokeberry – 3-Gallon

$44.00

All the great attributes of Black Chokeberry in a compact form – abundant flowers in spring to which bees come buzzing; glossy, blemish-free foliage;  pendant clusters of deep black fruit on reddish panicles that provide food for birds (and humans – if you can deal with the astringency they are a rich source of antioxidants and vitamin C); and showy orange to deep-red fall foliage. Iroquois Beauty was selected at the Morton Arboretum in Chicago where it had only grown to 3′ high with a 5′ spread after 10 years.
