Hydrangea quercifolia ‘Queen of Hearts’ – Oakleaf Hydrangea – 3-Gallon

$20.00$44.00

A 2013 U.S. National Arboretum introduction resulting from a cross of the large variety ‘Snow Queen’ and the dwarf variety ‘Pee Wee’. As you’d guess from an offspring of these parents ‘Queen of Hearts’ is a mid-size grower. It is noted for its abundant, large, upright, conical flower panicles (to 9” long) which open white but gradually age to an attractive deep pink. They appear approximately 7 to 10 days later than standard Oakleaf varieties and remain attractive after other varieties have faded.
