Jeffersonia dubia – Asian Twinleaf (Non-native) – 1-Quart

$14.00

The Asian counterpart to our native twinleaf, Jeffersonia diphylla. Unlike twinleaf, the leaf of J. dubia is only divided at the top, and has striking reddish edging. The flowers are an ethereal lilac color and last up to two weeks, considerably longer than those of twinleaf. Like twinleaf it thrives in general woodland condtions: morning sun and afternoon shade or dappled sunlight and a moist, well-drained soil with plenty of organic content.
