Kalmia angustifolia – Northern Sheep Laurel

We’ve found this species difficult to get established in the garden – somewhat surprising considering how abundantly it grows in the wild in a wide variety of habitats – it typically grows in dry to wet, open or slightly shaded habitats.

Thus, we do not stock the plant anymore though we can occasionally obtain it for anyone interested in trying it in their garden – perhaps you’ll have better luck than we have or a more perfect spot that it will thrive in.
