Lavandula ×intermedia ‘Phenomenal’ – Lavandin (Lavender) (Non-native) – 5-Pint

$12.00

Lavandin is generally considered a little less cold hardy than English Lavender. In 2012 Peace Tree Farm in Pennsylvania (only about 150 miles from here) flipped the script by introducing ‘Phenomenal,‘ a variety that performs in the Northeast even better than English Lavender, suffering less winter dieback, and growing vigorously through hot, humid summers. We’ve found this to be true in our herb garden as well. No lavender makes it through winter unscathed but ‘Phenomenal‘ has less dieback and with it’s vigorous growth has consistently flowered well for us by summertime.
