Mimulus ringens – Allegheny Monkeyflower – 1-Quart

$6.00

A colorful, long-blooming wildflower for naturalizing along the banks of streams and ponds. The violet-blue flowers are borne a few at a time on each plant so it’s best to establish a patch of them for the best visual effect. Short-lived but self-sows readily. Somewhat deer resistant. Attracts hummingbirds! Native to the Catskill Mountains. Companions: Marsh Marigold, Turtlehead, Canadian Burnet, King of the Meadow, Blue Flag Iris, Swamp Milkweed, and Ironweed.
