… a white-flowered crabapple tree that typically matures to 15-25’ tall. It is noted for its rounded shape, white flowers, large red fruit and excellent disease resistance. Bright oval green leaves (to 3” long). Pink buds open in spring to white flowers (1.5” diameter). Flowers are followed by large, bright red crabapples (to 1.5” diameter) that mature in fall and may persist into winter. Birds are attracted to the fruit. Fruit is sometimes harvested for jellies.
