Prunus salicina ‘Shiro’- Japanese Plum – 7-Gallon

The most consistently productive Japanese plum in New York. An early ripener (late July to early August) with beautiful yellow color and juicy round, medium-sized, clingstone fruit with a mild, sweet flavor. Needs another Japanese plum variety as a pollinizer. ‘Methley’ is a particularly good choice. Excellent for fresh eating, cooking, canning, preserves and desserts.
