Rubus ‘Boyne’ – Red Summer Raspberry – 2-Gallon, 1-Year

An older variety but still considered one of the best for cold-hardiness – in fact it’s rated to zone 3 which means it will produce fruit even if you live toward the higher elevations of the Catskills. Boyne is a summer raspberry that ripens early. The dark red, medium-sized berry has a distinct, moderately tart flavor. Canes are vigorous, erect and sturdy. One of the most consistent producers year after year with good yields the norm.
