Vaccinium corymbosum – Highbush Blueberry – 7-Gallon

$95.00

For the native plant purist, we offer pure Highbush Blueberry. These will have smaller berries (better for pancakes!) and be a little less productive than our cultivars. Highbush Blueberry is underused in our landscapes – they offer 4 season interest: upside-down urn-shaped flowers in Spring; berries in Summer; Fall foliage that ranges from burgundy to brilliant crimson and orange; and craggy, contorted stems in Winter. Needs an acidic soil, plenty of moisture and little competition from weeds to thrive. Once in a while, fertilize with Hollytone.
